includes the cleaning and disinfection of all work surfaces, cabinet fronts,
refrigerators and ovens, floors, stoves, tables and chairs, tooling and dishes,
aprons, rags and table clothes, in addition to the rest of the facilities
(toilets, warehouses, dishwashing area ...).
Reinforcement will be made in the daily cleaning program, in elements and
spaces shared by more than one person, such as switches, door handles and
knobs, windows, cabinets and refrigerators, countertops and counters, remote
controls, toilet taps, or shared and frequent contact points.
As we have done, surfactant detergents and disinfection will be used with
products with a viricidal purpose.
The objects on the work tables will be eliminated, as far as possible,
especially those that are more difficult to clean, leaving only those essential
for carrying out the scheduled activity.
In case of symptoms due to infection by the COVID- 19 of any worker, specific
and intense disinfection and cleaning will be done as a matter of urgency of
