  • HYGIENIC MEASURES IN WORKSPACES

    At ENJOY COOKING BARCELONA- COQUUS, we have always maintained a very high level of demand in the hygiene of our facilities, tools, and machinery under food safety standards guaranteed the safety of our customers.
    We have adopted a series of exceptional measures of immediate application concerning the hygiene of our facilities to avoid any risk for the users of our services.
  • GENERAL HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL MEASURES

  • VENTILATION AND CLIMATE

    o Natural ventilation of the premises will be guaranteed throughout the day.Ventilation will be done at three times of the day: first thing in the morning, at noon, and just before the closure of the premises. None of them will be for less than 15 minutes, always guaranteeing the security of the spaces and the closing windows and access doors at the end.

    It is not ruled out to extend the ventilation periods based on the occupation of the space.

    o The disinfection of air conditioning equipment filters will be guaranteed daily / after each event.
  • CLEANING MEASURES FOR SPACES

    o Currently, a thoroughly and exhaustively cleaning is already carried out daily and at the end of any event held in our space. This includes the cleaning and disinfection of all work surfaces, cabinet fronts, refrigerators and ovens, floors, stoves, tables and chairs, tooling and dishes, aprons, rags and table clothes, in addition to the rest of the facilities (toilets, warehouses, dishwashing area ...).

    o Reinforcement will be made in the daily cleaning program, in elements and spaces shared by more than one person, such as switches, door handles and knobs, windows, cabinets and refrigerators, countertops and counters, remote controls, toilet taps, or shared and frequent contact points.

    o As we have done, surfactant detergents and disinfection will be used with products with a viricidal purpose.

    o The objects on the work tables will be eliminated, as far as possible, especially those that are more difficult to clean, leaving only those essential for carrying out the scheduled activity.

    o In case of symptoms due to infection by the COVID- 19 of any worker, specific and intense disinfection and cleaning will be done as a matter of urgency of the space occupied by the infected. Depending on the space occupied by the worker, the disinfection will be carried out manually, with nebulization and/ or spraying.
  • COLLECTIVE PREVENTION MEASURES AND SUPPLY OF INDIVIDUAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT

    o The following material will be incorporated at the general level of the premises: Incorporation of (refillable) hydroalcoholic gel dispensers at the entrance and work area, as well as in the different bathrooms and common use spaces.

    o The use of disposable kitchen paper instead of kitchen rags will be encouraged.

    o The necessary protection material for individual use will be provided under current regulations.

    o Attendees will be asked to maintain a safe distance from each other.

    o All those who use their phones will be asked to wash their hands with a hydroalcoholic solution.

    o No one with symptoms compatible with COVID-19 will be allowed to enter the premises.

    o The capacity will be restricted to guarantee the security of the clients.

    o At the beginning of any activity, the preventive measures that clients must comply with will be explained.

    o Since the corridors are less than 2 meters wide, to guarantee the safety distance, it will be mandatory to establish shifts for access to the toilets.

    o All ENJOY COOKING BARCELONA- COQUUS staff, teachers, collaborators, and cleaning staff, will strictly comply with these regulations.
